Growing up in Saratoga Springs and attending St. Lawrence University in Canton, I’m a true Upstate New Yorker. I grew up in the area, know the towns, and it gives me great pleasure to be close to my family.

By launching Cash Private Wealth in 2026, I’m establishing my own personal approach to wealth planning while having the support of Mariner. In many ways, building my own practice feels like a full circle moment – honoring my family’s entrepreneurial spirit and carrying it forward.

My goal is always to make complex topics simple and easy to understand. I’ve been teaching tax concepts for over half a decade and continue to teach classes locally in my spare time. I’ve worked with a wide range of organizations and community groups over the years, helping people understand how taxes impact their financial lives.

I worked toward the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® certification because I believe in providing guidance that is independent, transparent, and focused on my clients’ needs. Being a CFP® professional and investment advisor representative means that I’m held to a fiduciary standard. My advisory services are provided for a fee rather than transaction-based commissions. My background includes earning bachelor’s degrees in both economics and political science from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and have proudly earned the title of “Funcle” to my two nephews. When life slows down between busy seasons, you can usually find me traveling to visit friends, exploring new cultures across the United States and abroad, sneaking in a round of golf while attempting to keep my ball somewhere in the vicinity of the fairway, or chasing the next big snowstorm in search of the perfect ski day.

Giving back is also important to me. One organization especially close to my heart is the New Jersey Golf Foundation, which positively impacts the lives of local youth, military veterans, and individuals with special needs through the game of golf. I also support Blood Cancer United, a cause that is deeply personal to me, as my father battled Non-Hodgkin lymphoma before passing away several years ago.
